Speaker : Ms Tan Wooi Yee (lecturer at the Faculty of Creative Industries, UTAR and she is currently a PhD candidate at the Institute of Chinese Studies, UTAR. Ms Tan  is a recipient of the Taiwan Fellowship 2014 and  holds a Master’s Degree in International and Public Affairs from University of Hong Kong).
