Dr Ho Ying Chan, Assistant Professor and Chairperson for Centre of International Studies, Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman (UTAR) delivered a talk titled "Malaysia: Political System and Policy" to the delegates from Universitas 17 Augustus 1945 (UNTAG) from Kota Semarang, Java Tengah, Indonesia on 4 December 2019. A seminar was held in conjunction with their visit to UTAR whereby lecturers from both universities shared their research findings.
