Speaker: Dr. Kuik Cheng-Chwee, Associate Professor at the Strategic Studies and International Realtions Program at University Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM). Dr. Kuik holds a PhD from John Hopkin's Scholl of Advanced International Studies (SAIS).

Speaker: Ms Tan Wooi Yee, lecturer at the Faculty of Creative Industries, UTAR and she is currently a PhD candidate at the Institute of Chinese Studies, UTAR. Ms Tan is a recipient of the Taiwan Fellowship 2014 and holds a Master's Degree in International and Public Affairs from University of Hong Kong.
